Waratah AI respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, processed, stored, and shared when you use the Waratah AI mobile application and related services.
Waratah AI may process information you provide when using the app, including photos you select or upload, text prompts and editing instructions, and images generated or edited through the service.
Waratah AI also maintains information necessary to operate your account and paid features, such as a user identifier, subscription status, credit balances, and usage records. If you use Sign in with Apple, authentication information is handled through Apple and our authentication provider. Depending on the choices you make when using Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide information such as your name or email address, including an Apple private relay email address.
Waratah AI does not require access to your precise location, health data, contacts, or other unrelated personal information to provide its core image-generation and editing features.
When you choose to generate or edit an image, the photos, reference images, prompts, and other information required for that request may be transmitted from your device to Waratah AI's backend services and to third-party artificial intelligence service providers used to perform the requested generation or edit.
Content submitted for an AI request may be transmitted to and processed by these service providers as necessary to provide the requested feature.
Waratah AI uses submitted content only as necessary to provide and operate the requested features, maintain the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Waratah AI does not sell your photos or prompts.
You should only upload photos and other content that you have the right and permission to use. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your requested edit or generation.
Waratah AI uses Sign in with Apple for user authentication. Account authentication and related backend services are provided using Apple and third-party backend infrastructure providers.
A stable account identifier is used to associate your account with subscription access, credit balances, and usage records so that paid access can be correctly maintained.
Waratah AI uses third-party backend infrastructure to provide authentication, database, and server-side functionality. Account-related information, subscription and credit information, and records necessary to operate and secure the service may be stored on these systems.
Images you save to your own photo library or device are controlled by you and your device settings. Waratah AI may request photo-library access when necessary for you to select, save, or export images. You can manage photo permissions through your device settings.
Waratah AI offers paid subscriptions and may offer consumable purchases of additional AI credits. Purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
Waratah AI uses third-party purchase management services to help manage subscription status, purchase entitlements, and related purchase information. Waratah AI and these service providers may receive information about transactions necessary to determine whether you have an active subscription or purchased credits, but Waratah AI does not receive or store your full credit card or payment-card details.
Payment information is processed by Apple. Please refer to Apple's privacy information for details about how Apple handles payment and App Store transaction data.
Information processed by Waratah AI may be used to provide AI image generation and editing, authenticate users, maintain subscription and credit balances, process and verify purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce usage limits, maintain security and reliability, troubleshoot technical problems, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
Waratah AI does not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be provided to service providers when necessary to operate the app, including providers used for authentication, backend infrastructure, AI processing, app distribution, and purchase management.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect the rights or safety of users or others, or to investigate fraud, abuse, security issues, or violations of applicable terms.
When you choose to export or share an edited or generated image using your device's sharing features, you control where that content is sent.

Waratah AI retains account and service information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain subscription and credit records, protect the service from fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
You may request deletion of your Waratah AI account and associated personal information by contacting us at the email address below. Certain records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or transaction purposes.
Waratah AI uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information handled by the service. AI requests are routed through server-side services rather than exposing private service credentials directly through the app. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Waratah AI is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Waratah AI and its service providers may process or store information in countries other than the country in which you live. By using the service, your information may therefore be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions, subject to applicable privacy laws and contractual protections.
